We had an unusual situation, and I called this place and left a detailed message. You can’t just talk to someone right away, of course. The woman who called back was beyond rude, aggressively asking questions and being accusatory in her manner. Stay away—especially you are in a fragile state. These people obviously don’t have people skills.
Never make an appointment here they’re horrible. They don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t have any experience whatsoever so whoever makes appointments next be prepared for a horrible experience.
