The receptionist could be more welcoming. If you hate your job, find a new one. Their doctors are the best. Dr Matheson handle all my problems and was so nice, I felt like she was my primary doctor. She took care of my needs. The nurse was also nice too. Yes, they may be busy sometimes but it's an Urgent care, it happens; please be patient.

Long long wait times and no triage being done. Little boy in such pain he was curled up in a ball and even after I told the front desk they did nothing. NOTHING!!! Time to find a new provider. I have a 3 hour wait but this boy should be seen immediately. Horrible service.

I tried to bring my child to M Health Fairview Walk-in Clinic in Maplewood. This clinic is rather far from my house so we called Fairview before we left. It was 7pm so we asked if they were still accepting patients and were told they would see us. I arrive at the clinic with my sick child to be told that they stopped accepting patients at 6pm! We did not receive care tonight and I spent a significant amount of time driving a sick child to a clinic after specifically being told to go there. Beyond disappointed.

My mother was seen by Dr.John D Anczak for severe coughing at night time. Prescribed albuterol and benzonatate. Requested 1 day medical leave from work. He gave 11am-11pm off and she had come from work after 4pm. And work starts at 7am. What’s the point of that? When told of this situation. He was extremely rude and said that’s how it is. He needs to revisit his patient relationship course many times over. She had to go back in few hours to request the same medical leave for 1 day, he didn’t budge.
