Too many doctors! I was in there a year and a half ago. Now my wife is in there with no prognosis and the same problem. Patients are assigned three or four doctors who don't talk to each other. .One will tell you you are due for discharge. One says you need to go to a rehab center and yet another will say you have to stay in the hospital longer. Thus, you don't know from day to day, or even hour to hour, what's going on.
Fairview Southdale Hospital is not the hospital it used to be. The level of care makes me sick!!! I have been in pain for 3 days. The worst pain in my life, I went to the emergency room to get answers. I got treated like I'm a drug addict!! they automatically assume shit that's not true. I have suffered from pain for a while, it was manageable until recently. I couldn't get out of bed, it hurt to stand, my legs soaked from standing, I pissed myself, and every time I moved it hurt. After three months M Fairview still does not have my correct address. Dr. Jain said I should drink more water after I showed her a EKG missing six heat beats. I don't understand why they are still in business.
Had really bad nurses in ICU. Due to new corona virus restrictions your family member will be incarcerated there with prisoner rights. Bad nurses are the zimbardo experiment incarnate. They almost killed my loved one. When I wanted to out of pocket transfer my family member out of there, a doctor interceded and resolved the problem. There are a few good nurses there, but the bad ones were horrible. Because of the virus there's now a much larger population, I predict this issue will be exponential. Horrible care! I’m currently in this hospital. For detox. No compassion at all. This nurse has not taken my vitals or done a proper score evaluation.. pathetic
