Used their service for my knee replacement last September and was impressed with their PT's. Just returned in July for my hip replacement because I had so much success with my knee.
This was a waste of time and money all the therapist did was first evaluate me. Second appointment he just talked about who said I needed to go twice a week for six weeks. He told me he could not accommodate that with his schedule. He also stated he had never heard of that. I was told there was a 50 dollar copay. I got a bill for $315 dollars for nothing. If I could give them a negative 10 I would. I am disputing this charge.
Have taken my parents to much better facilities where they work with their clients and have compassion for the elderly. Walked in to see the gentleman trainer who much rather type on his computer then to watch my elderly parents doing the exercises wrong amongst other.
