The person who rung us up today did not listen to us at all and was extremely argumentative. It was extremely aggravating. We will NOT be back. When we tried saying we did NOT want to take something, she forced us to take it anyways. We would like a phone number to call and launch a complaint about this.
I’m not blaming the staff, but the wait times are CRAZY. It makes my day suck when I have to go to the pharmacy because I know I’m going to be waiting at least 20-30 minutes to pick up prescriptions that are READY. Fairview seriously needs to look at improving the efficiency of this site. If NB got a Walgreens or a CVS I would switch in a heartbeat. In fact, it may be faster to drive to Forest Lake and back than it is waiting here.
This Pharmacy has Stanger drugs then other Pharmacies, they don't feel the same. Works behind the counter don't know anything about medications they sell ,they give bad advice . I pray they get saved, by being reborn from above. KJV May God bless you all
