If I could give 100 stars, I would—every single one would go to Mary. She made every step of the helmet process for my child easy, understandable, and honestly enjoyable. I truly looked forward to our biweekly appointments with her, and I’m genuinely sad that our helmet journey has come to an end. Mary’s kindness, professionalism, and care made such a difference for us, and I’m beyond grateful for her and the entire orthotics team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
