Dr. Torrison has been great at diagnosing and treating my health issues. He takes the time to listen to me and make sure I understand what he is saying and all my questions/concerns are addressed. Everyone at the Edina clinic has been friendly and helpful.

I knocked one star off because of the hassle of the diagnostic process, but that's due to our system as a whole and not this clinic specifically. I felt that I wasn't listened to when I explained how I knew, but their hands would have been tied regardless. The system lacks resources, and they can't explain to the insurance companies "Just trust me, this guy knows what he's talking about." I had neck surgery. The nurses from preop to postop were the most rude, uninformed, incompetent nurses I have ever dealt with. My question is why would anyone become a nurse if you don’t want to help or comfort anyone in pain and if you can’t answer a patients question why wouldn’t you find someone who could. It’s called empathy and compassion. So disappointed and disgusted.
