We attended an ultrasound and follow up appointment with YASUKO YAMAMURA. 3 take aways: 1) we were asked to explain our reasons for declining a transvaginal ultrasound, attending an out of state NIH study, and doing maternal genetic testing. We explained for each one our reasonings. Each time, she added more information that she had not told us previously as to why we should reconsider. The staff is nice. I like that this place is clean and the technology seems newer; however, about 85% of my appointments have never been on time and this bothers me because I usually take time off work to come and then go right back to work. Going forward, I don't think I will be returning to this facility for my MFM appointments.
I really appreciated Dr. Jessica Nyholm, nurse Abbey, and sonographer Amanda. Even the gentleman at the front check in desk was so kind. I felt listened to and cared for. Everyone explained what they were recommending and why. I would recommend this clinic to anyone going through a higher risk pregnancy or complication.
Kasey the ultrasound technician! I understand you just want to do your job but a little kindness or consideration would have been greatly appreciated. We get very few glimpses of our baby & she did not take even one extra minute to get a neat picture or make us feel like we were anything other than a annoying task she was ready to be done with. Needless to say I left in tears
The ultrasound tech Taleasha was super kind, thorough, had great bedside humor and manner and made me and my husband feel very at ease during the whole appointment. Dr Gill confirmed our good news for us as well. Thank you for going over everything so detailed and thorough and not finding anything wrong with our first baby.
