I had my 19+ Week anatomy scan at the Edina location and had an incredible experience from start to finish! Our ultrasound tech (Ruth) was wonderful and the follow-up with Dr Jones was extremely reassuring. I have not had an interaction with billing, as others reviewed, but happy to give feedback on my interaction with staff!
I'm not sure why the rating on this is so low. Likely the experience we had probably doesn't align with that, with a seemingly healthy baby and it was a formality as we went through IVF so that could be it. But I want to contribute to the positive reviews. We had a great 30-45 minute US with the US tech who was lovely (I want to say her name was Jenna?), and a great 5-10 minute discussion with the provider. There were no concerns. The staff and facility were great, but the confusion as to how to get the the actual clinic added so much stress. The building contains multiple buildings within it. Minimal instructions on mychart. Nobody in the building available for directions.
The employees were great, but billing is not. Your prenatal care will get charged as not prenatal (aka not fully covered by insurance). Even after disputing the charges, they won't reverse it. DO NOT GO HERE!
