Only my second time going to a salon inside a shopping centre in 18 years - and now I know why. 14 mins, barely sprayed with water, spent most of that time complementing my hair as I am growing to donate, barely trimmed the ends, unevenly, still couldn't brush my hair afterwards from the split ends she didn't touch and had the audacity to charge $65 for it. When did incompetent hairdressers charge lawyers rates?

Booked an appointment came in & was told to go in and sit. Waited 15-20 minutes for nothing, not one person bothered to give me an update on how much longer they’d be so ended up walking out. Don’t book appointments for your customers that you can’t keep. Don’t recommend, absolute joke.

Highly recommend Hair & Co. I was a walk in while on holidays and they took me straight in even though they looked flat out. Thank you to Kristy and the whole team for fixing up my hair. The colour and cut is absolutely perfect. I sat and watch the whole team and I was so impressed at the whole amazing team work together doing their magic. Thank you

When I went in, I was surprised at how busy it was, so I was a little worried that they might rush the job. Fortunately, they were very professional and did a good job. The young girls they had in the store were polite and helpful. The hairdresser was unfamiliar with the cut I wanted, but I showed her some photos and she was able to do what I wanted. I am so glad I went to M Hair & Co. It was a good experience.
