Turned up on the first day and told me he was thinking about sacking off our job because he was close to a mental crisis. Then proceeded to spend the next few days bad-mouthing other customers, driving 3 hour round trips for materials that he could have gotten down the road and chatting on the phone. When I asked him to buy materials closer to our home to spend more time on site, he shouted at me, collected his tools and left the job leaving us without a working boiler and no hot water. Avoid at all cost!
Came to reseal our shower. Excellent workmanship, shower looks like new. Lovely bloke, tidied up after job, arrived on time, would highly recommend him, best tradesperson we have had in years.
