He worked on my front loading washer. Had he checked everything thoroughly on his first visit he would have fixed it on the first visit; but he assumed I had a bad part and ordered it delaying my repair. Ultimately, there was only a broken wire and a loose connection. My dryer was not level causing it to vibrate. He never fixed that issue.
