Saint Cloud location is awful. We were lied to by the sales manager ( he would talk to the parts dept. on monday as qe were in on a sat. - yet did not work monday), sales rep. said to us that he was the third rep our problem was thrown on to him when I came in on monday asking about the frig. since no called had been made to me). 6 week old refrigerator and the 1st compressor goes out, losing all our food. waited a week then a 2nd comoressor fails 6 hrs. after change out. The delivery guys were so careful and polite - making sure our new cupboards and hardwood floors were superbly protected. I'm not one to do this but if you buying anything from M & H Appliance think twice about it! Giving a 90 warranty on their parts and labor tells me they don't believe in their product. Less then a year later their junk is broke again!
We had our dryer just up and quit last week. I called around looking for the best price within a $250 range including tax and possible delivery. Everyone there from Rebecca who took my 1st call to Mike who let me see the dryer and took care of my payment to the delivery guys today were all amazing. Thank you M & H ...we will be back.
