I have tried to order for my company several times and they've always given me run around.When I do finally order parts, they can't seem to find the invoices.Or information that has been left... Extremely frustrated and the salesman is very Rude Asking questions That He should have the answers for
Saint Cloud location is awful. We were lied to by the sales manager ( he would talk to the parts dept. on monday as qe were in on a sat. - yet did not work monday), sales rep. said to us that he was the third rep our problem was thrown on to him when I came in on monday asking about the frig. since no called had been made to me). 6 week old refrigerator and the 1st compressor goes out, losing all our food. waited a week then a 2nd comoressor fails 6 hrs. after change out.
