Needed a service call for low freon, house was over 80 degrees. Joe from first phone call was polite, a good communicator and fit me in next business day. Charlie did the work was on time, polite and informative. Mitigated against other issues I was having, cleaned up and cost was very reasonable.
I don't typically write one-star reviews, but I felt obligated to alert others regarding how my co-workers and I were treated. First, MG installed a 60amp heat pump system not recommended for our climate. They attached it to a 30amp circuit breaker using gauge 10 wire (far too thin). The circuit breaker tripped often, and we called back MG to repair it multiple times. They never told us that the unit was wired improperly, or that the 10-gauge wire was melting in our ceiling. Owner is the best
I had them install central air conditioning on my second floor and a split unit on my first floor. Their work was professionally done and completed in a timely fashion. I had no issues with getting in contact with them during or after the installation. Performed all work and have even provided guidance on maintenance required to keep the system running. All around a good experience. I prefer when possible to hire local contractors.
Do not use MG Systems for your heating and air conditioning. They are rude nasty liars. They installed AC for me and it doesnt work after paying them $10k. It blows 78 degree air and the owner Domenick says let it run it's fine. They dont answer my calls but I see him drive past my house. Beware of these creeps
