Although this review is not directly related to servicing, I felt I needed to write a review about how honest and professional Michael is. He found an electrical safety analyzer (about $8000) in the alley next to the work shop, Michael went out of his way to track me down and made sure we got the ESA back. From this alone I feel like the team would be giving good honest service which is something you don't always find. Thank you so much Michael.
I had a terrible experience with this shop. They claimed my headlight was blown, even though it was working perfectly when I brought my car in. They went ahead and changed it anyway and charged me for it. I originally took my car in because I was having issues with my windscreen wiper fuse constantly blowing. After they couldn't figure out how to fix it, their advice to me was not to drive in the rain. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and the ridiculous suggestion. Booked in for a roadworthy inspection to transfer my rego from qld to vic seeing that I had just moved here. Ended up costing me $200 for a polish of the front head lights. Went to another mechanic around the area and told me they would do it for less than half the price and even for free seeing that it was for a roadworthy. First impressions matter and I’m glad they gave me a reason not to come back
