Can you do a zero star rating. I sent my starter in for service under warranty. They never sent it back to me it's been over 3 yrs now I have called the manager , he says to me I have the starter sitting here on the floor.... It is supposed to sitting on the floor at my house, not in your office. Better Yet in my car . Oh wait that car is no longer owned by me. But I still want my starter , or a refund. I had to buy another starter oem to get my car up and running again. As far as I am concerned this place stole my starter. ... read more

A friend of mine sent in a starter to be repaired, it's been 3years and the starter still have not been fixed or returned. How can you do business like that.

I purchased an alternator from this company. It lasted ten months then died. The alternator had a one year warranty so i contacted them and they sent me an RMA number and said I had to return it to them at my expense. I bought a replacement cheapo alternator at Napa and sent theirs back. That was two YEARS ago. I've left three voice message and four emails on their website and heard NOTHING. Their product is junk and the company is junk.

Well I'm not sure what to say here .I bought a truck that was featured in a diesel build magazine.after owning it a few weeks the injectors went out. I had a shady mechanic fix who was highly recommended .unfortunately he burned up the started after over cranking on the ignition to get the truck started .I called mg mg induatries and informed them of what had happened .they were very nice on the phone and told me to send it back and they would test it I sent the alternantor as a pre caution as well.they received both and tol... read more
