Beware of this contractor! We signed a contract for a specific hardwood flooring that she promised she could get and we paid her half the contract price for material cost. Missed 3 start dates then attempted to install an inferior alternative floor that wasn't the same from our original agreement. We cancelled the contract and she had the audacity to say she was keeping $750 for her troubles.
