I’ve waited a while to write this because the owners of MG Floors are friendly, personable people. They offer a low-pressure sales environment and were great about letting us keep samples for an extended time. However, after a few years of living with the results, I feel obligated to warn others: being nice does not equal quality workmanship or professional accountability. We used M G Floors to replace the carpet in our office with the same wood floors that were in the rest of our home. Miranda went above and beyond to find us our exact same flooring. They did such an incredible job installing the floors. We really appreciated how detail-oriented all of their staff is. M G Floors was a pleasure to work with and we are very grateful for all they did for us.
From beginning to end, MG Floors was GREAT!!!! They helped me pick out the perfect tile and accents, got everything ordered, and they were at our house within a week to do all the work! They even worked on Saturday to get it done! It turned out beautiful! They were meticulous with their work and the owner even came out personally to check on the progress a few times throughout the week to make sure all was going well and that we were satisfied. New floor looks amazing. We have been appreciating the lovely wood look tile for about a month now. Great job by all and a special thanks to Miranda for providing transparency and great customer service + communication throughout the process.
We couldn't be more pleased with our new floors and kitchen remodel. Manor and Miranda made us feel like their only client. Their crew was amazing and very meticulous.
