We used M G Floors to replace the carpet in our office with the same wood floors that were in the rest of our home. Miranda went above and beyond to find us our exact same flooring. They did such an incredible job installing the floors. We really appreciated how detail-oriented all of their staff is. M G Floors was a pleasure to work with and we are very grateful for all they did for us.

From beginning to end, MG Floors was GREAT!!!! They helped me pick out the perfect tile and accents, got everything ordered, and they were at our house within a week to do all the work! They even worked on Saturday to get it done! It turned out beautiful! They were meticulous with their work and the owner even came out personally to check on the progress a few times throughout the week to make sure all was going well and that we were satisfied. They replaced the carpet on our stairs with vinyl. Within a matter of months, the nosepieces on several stairs were cracked, which is not just ugly but a safety hazard. Now they won’t repair the damaged stairs and can’t even provide replacement parts. We’re very disappointed in both the quality of the work and the customer service.
