RecommendedWe have been going to their location in Cedar Falls for many years now. In my experience, they have always been honest and trustworthy... NEVER have they ever tried to sell us work that was not needed. For anyone that needs honest work done at a reasonable price, this is the place to go. I cannot recommend them enough.
call the week ago set up appointment for 10 a.m. for an alignment on Saturday the 11th just called to get a set of tires from them and they don't even have my appointment for an alignment on the 11th way to go Nick
Tandem is the best shop in my opinion. Nick is so knowledgeable and willing to help you but isn’t looking to crook you out of your money like most dealerships. I would recommend anyone to come here if you are looking for a second opinion. I have never left feeling disappointed in my service or how I was treated. Thank you!!
Great guys! I have been going to them since 2011. I was new to town as a kid in college and tandem is full of knowledgeable guys. They even put up with my dad wanting to talk to them to see how they we're since he lives 4 hours away and he has put his golden deal of approval on these guys. Just had a bad experience tonight. Was late getting back to my car and you could tell they were visibly upset with me and very short. Just won’t go back. Customer service is Number 1 to me over price!
They communicate very well, they do their best to fit you in when emergencies happen and they don't try to sell you on a bunch of stuff like dealerships do! Also very reasonably priced.
