I'm now having a common complication (large granuloma) that is causing me severe discomfort. The office will not get me an appointment with Dr. James (or another Urologist) for 2 months (hopefully I don't rupture by then) and not even a PA until mid September. I asked if they could call me if they had cancelations and they told me that they do not do that and I have to call back every day. This is extremely disappointing aftercare. I'd encourage you to see a doctor with better policies and more compassion towards patients. p... read more
