It is the ideal place to exercise, pleasant atmosphere, excellent training direction. Friendly people and group exercises that strengthen muscles, movement and inspire you to train and take care of yourself daily.
The best. Having been a member at several South Florida gyms & fitness studios, MFitness is the one that I have continued with the longest and there is a reason why. Mike and Marisa are highly passionate & knowledgeable. They care about their community and the people they serve. Their expertise & motivation translates into positive results. I highly recommend MFitness and take one of Mike’s mottos with me to heart daily, it truly is “…a privilege to move.”
