🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 Do Not use this pharmacy. I had prescriptions sent over and the pharmacist seemed to Not know how to process them. He kept telling me that they needed a pre authorization from the doctor to process my refills. Then there were some medicine that he claimed that needed pre authorization and they never called me to say anything, the prescription just sitting there. It doesn't matter when my prescriptions get sent or how many times I call ahead, 4 out of 5 times I still have to stand around because they don't start filling my meds until I'm physically in the pharmacy. Doesn't matter how busy it is. A few years ago it was the best pharmacy I've ever used, with quick and personable customer service. It's been really disappointing and frustrating.
Have been going to this pharmacy for odds and ends since moving to the neighborhood in 2020, and recently I made it my primary pharmacy for my prescriptions. Super kind staff and the prices of their other goods are reasonable!
