Totally unprofessional. First a child picked up the phone, said that was not a bisiness. I got a call after a few minutes by a young woman. I said I was looking for help for an event. She seemed more enthusiatic than knowledgeable and I could tell she was winging it. We made an appointment for the next day. Suspecting there was something effy, i sent a text to confirm, about 30 minutes before the appointment.
