The work they do is high quality. They are very busy and can be difficult to get into contact with at times
Horrible customer service! It doesn't matter how nice they are, if the provide poor customer service! I call no answer, call & get thru but mailbox us full, stop by & the door's locked...leave notes/messages no response. It's 3 months & counting, stones are done & still not set. Only game in town...should have tried Amazon! I wish they appreciated how important this step is in the grieving process.
