I just wanted to share my awful experience with this company. They are going around Hanover buying up affordable rental properties and then doubling the price to rent. My poor upstairs neighbor is on fixed income disability, and they just increased her rent by approximately 500 dollars a month. 400 dollars for myself. She has rented the place for 10 years, I have rented for 6, and we both have to find new places to live. These people are disgraceful and have shown no class through this whole process.
