To anyone that can READ!!!! do not take your vehicle to thsi guy...he had my car a tota; of 18 days to fix my AC. ihad to take the car back to him on 4 separate times and paid him 800$. now thahere is addisitinal problems with my car which i never had before. THIS GUY IS A CRACKER JACK MECHANIC!!!!!!!!!!
Miss Shaw brought her jeep in for a transmission nothing to do with the engine so it being low on oil is on her. After we got the jeep here we had to wait for the warranty company to send us the new transmission so that is why it took a little while to get it finished because when dealing with a warranty am at the will of the warranty company as to then shipping me the parts needed to do the job. We guarantee our work.
My vehicle was here from May 2-June 6th for a transmission replacement. Throughout this time period, communication was severely lacking. I was called ONCE with an update; the rest of the time I had to reach out to get any information. After receiving my vehicle, I had to pull off and stop to get oil because my oil was practically empty and I was getting a “hot oil” alert on my dash.
