ZERO STARS!!!! I went to the shop asking for Senegalese twist with only human hair. The owner told me the style wouldn't last long with human hair. After telling the owner that l'm allergic to Kanekelon hair she used Xpression which is still Kanekelon hair. I didn't know at the time. Now I have to take my hair down after only having it in for 1 day. I paid $270 plus she made me pay an extra $5 for paying with cash app. I called the owner and she had no empathy. No resolution.
