Would not recommend I went in with healthy hair. My braids fell out by the root and I lost 85% of my hair when I took them down! Not because I cut them too high that wasn't the case. The tightness and carelessness of how the braided my hair caused tension and my hair was so matted! I always keep my hair up for 2/3 months never has this issue don't go there at less you want to end up with no hair! Glad I can rock short hair but I def cried like a baby it took me a year to grow my hair out
My hair does not look like the picture then they rude told me it will be $160 then try to say $170 and didn’t want to give me my money back they lost my business
2nd time being there the MANAGER Sophie did my braids took a very long time I went at 10:30am for my appointment she didn’t get there till 12:44pm my hair wasn’t done till 2 am she said it was because my hair was short and NOBODY ELSE knew too do short hair yet I paid for her employee uber too come too the shop to help and Sophie said she wasn’t able too grip it & she didn’t pay me back for it.
