Very disappointed with the service I received. I hired this company for what should have been a straightforward plumbing job, but the work was done carelessly and without attention to detail. The installation leaked almost immediately after they left, and when I called to have it addressed, I was met with slow responses and excuses. We’ve had Durbin Plumbing do all the plumbing work in our new build, and they’ve just finished plumbing in the new laundry room today. The team is always incredibly professional, respectful, so friendly and polite. It’s so easy to trust such reliable, efficient and courteous service, every single time! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Highly, highly recommend!
Had a great experience with Mike's Team. I had an emergency that needed to be handled, within a few hours he had people there to support. The guys were very kind and efficient. Overall, great experience and would definitely contact again if I needed anything else.
Yesterday we had a slight emergency with our water heater. It started with no hot water in our basement shower and then the following day we discovered water gushing out of the side of the tank into our storage room. We called Durbin Plumbing Solutions and within 30 min had 2 plumbers in our home who took total control of the situation. It’s hard to find good tradesmen these days. We have used Durbin Plumbing a couple of times now and have found them to be prompt, professional, knowledgeable, with great service. Would highly recommend them.
