Price is outstanding to work with! He went out of his way to make our experience great. Although we live in Chicago with lots of wonderful options for shopping, we will definitely be back to Dumas and Sons because of Price Ferrara's superior customer service. I want to thank him once again for ALL you did to help!
Best environment I've seen to shop in for sure! Price has always gone out of his way to help me find whatever I am looking for, goes above and beyond the expectations for customer service, so if you pay a visit to the store be sure to ask for him to help you out. Will be a life long customer!

The customer service is sub-par. Spent some time in there on Friday and no one came to help us nor did anyone greet us. The store is very crowded and impersonal.
