I cannot speak highly enough of this company. With every interaction, each person I spoke with was courteous, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me. I identified an issue with my well pump (not installed by M Diamond) and it was addressed and resolved the same day. Hard to find the service like M Diamond provides anymore. I called Travis close to 5 PM on a Friday. He was in another county but offered to be at my home for repair of my well pump by 7 PM. I offered for him to come the following week but he insisted that he would come at 9 AM Sat and at least assess the situation. Travis arrived promptly at 9 Sat, listened to the chronology of events, quickly diagnosed a failed well pump, found a replacement and installed it promptly along with other required parts.
