I have been going to this office for over a year but never saw DR. Del Charco. I recently requested an appointment with Dr. Del Charco's office, and I felt very disappointed and frustrated when the receptionist told me that she would need the Dr.'s approval to schedule my appointment. I have been diagnosed with endometriosis for over 25 years. I had a partial hysterectomy but have continued to experience pain. After going to pelvic floor therapy for 3 months, I decided to go to a specialist. At my first appointment, I saw Dr. Flemens. I felt during this appointment she did not listen to my concerns. Not at all!!! Brushed them off. The words she used to suggest to help were offensive. I left feeling defeated and frustrated.
I’ve been going to this office for years and have yet to meet Dr. DelCharco himself. I’ve literally NEVER met him in person. I’ve only ever seen nurses. They have failed to help me as well with my long term chronic issue so I went back to my regular family practitioner and my family practitioner said I need to call DelCharco‘s office and ask for DelCharco himself to make an appointment. Wanna see the doctor? You won’t!!! Only nurses. So unhelpful and useless when a patient has been going for years with no resolution and the doctor won’t see you even after requesting many times to see him. Absolute joke of a doctor, not coming to see nurses and have nothing solved!!!!
