☆☆☆☆ Do Not Recommend — Unsafe, Unprofessional, and Overpriced Do yourself a favor and do not go to Dr. Flemmons at Dr. Delcharco’s office. The office staff is cold and unhelpful, and the providers, especially Dr. Flemmons lacked both knowledge and compassion. The bedside manner was atrocious from the start, and it only got worse. They're inhumane people. I had a procedure done, and they took advantage of it to give me paperwork to return to my job for $95. Plus, three days of lost work waiting for them. The only thing they tell you are excuses like, if you pay, it's not my problem.
The front desk and office staff were very friendly and courteous. The PA assistant was very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable…Courtney was the same very kind, friendly and knowledgeable and just an all around very pleasant visit. She made me feel comfortable and I’m thankful for the pleasant atmosphere!
