Courtney Garrison, FNP-BC, APRN, was absolutely wonderful. 25 years ago (April 2001), Dr. Delcharco was negligent in delivering me, leaving me permanently disabled with cerebral palsy. I was an an otherwise low-risk and healthy baby, but got stuck in the birth canal. Delcharco delayed in initiating a c-section, causing my brain to be deprived of oxygen and causing a stroke. My mother also hemorrhaged and nearly died. New patient visit/exam today with Dr. Hooper. So, thrilled to have found Dr. Hooper and Dr. DelCharco’s practice. Dr. Hopper is fantastic!!! Very caring, thoughtful, informative, helpful and welcoming. The entire Staff is wonderful, very friendly, polite, efficient and welcoming. Highly recommend this Doctor’s Office!!!
I waited three months to see this doctor and then when I arrived at the appointment, they were advertising in the lobby for a new mammogram machine that the doctor had purchased for onsite mammograms. When I finally went back to the room, I was not greeted by the doctor, but by Paula who is a gatekeeper. After spending 20 minutes with Paula, she decided I should actually see the doctor. Bri is an AMAZING nurse. She has been the absolute best at all of my appointments and answers all of my questions thoroughly. Courtney is great as well , super sweet!!
