On Time Home Experts; Terrence did a spectacular job of steam cleaning our carpet! He got out 2 big, old, dark stains. (In comparision, 7 days ago, we had a different carpet steam cleaning company come out to remove these same stains but they could NOT get the stains out. And they were literally TWICE as expensive and they charged a $30 waste water disposal fee which they dumped in our yard and a $33 fee to carry their equipment up the stairs. Very helpful and honest
The woman who answered my call (possibly an answering service) was not knowledgable about the services provided or able to answer general questions about HVAC services offered. As the first point of contact for the company, it left me uncertain about the company's ability to communicate and I chose to look elsewhere for my HVAC duct cleaning project.
Would not hire them again. Bad communication. The guy who came to clean was nice. I paid $150+tax for about 30mins of service. I was told I would get get dry vent inspection,HVAC inspection and camera inspection and the vents would be deodrized. Didn't happen. The guy took a picture of one of my returns and tried to upcharge. I tried communicating with the David and he stopped responding. First having vents cleaned. Such a bad experience
Ok, the guy was friendly but the $69 dollar cleaning ballooned into $400. He never cleaned from the inside of the house because I had already done it. All he did was clean the vent on top of the roof and didn't even have the courtesy to throw the lint blockage away and instead just threw it in the backyard where my dogs could have gotten ahold of it.
