Rude. Refused to give basic information about parts for sale over the phone. Avoid.
Love this hardware store. They have everything and priced fairly for Manhattan location. Great customer service.

I was there Monday. Bought a pack of light bulbs. Tried and it didn't match for what I was looking for. Went back after few minutes to return it . He didn't return. The policy says you can return. I asked him many times and he didn't do it .He was very rude. He said not today, come tomorrow when boss is here. Of course wasn't going back for $20 Wasn't worthing to get bad review for an employee that want to act like a boss
