For the automated wash there was no soap (not the first time) and the credit card slot was not working. This is the last time I ever use this car wash. Too bad, because it’s the only one in the area.
Total disappointment !! On October 3, 2021, I chose the $10.00 option. Was asked to remove the card and insert again (card could not be read). The car was wet and as dirty as before. Dirty windshield and bird droppings still on the hood. Turned out, I was charged twice. Of course, I am disputing both charges. Stay away from this place, please! TDK - Stanfordville, NY
Nice to have an automatic car wash close by - convenient.
Car was still dirty after using the touchless car wash and it failed to clean the rear of the car, including the rear window.No business contact information, no attendant, and no receipt. Very disappointed. Terrible experience! Do NOT use the touchless wash. It's a waste of your money. It should have a rating of zero stars!
