Extremely unprofessional. If you ask me to send a picture of what I want, just to never ever respond, what was the point in asking me to send the picture? When I asked her a follow-up question (even though I should've blocked the B) no response. I'm telling everyone I know to never visit this salon.

I'm highly disappointed with the customer service I received. After I sent a picture as REQUESTED, I was ghosted. Who does that other than a child? Please grow up, whoever you are.

I was a a walk in client yesterday. I was politely greeted and sat down. The lady who did let me in assessed my hair and asked which style I wanted, after showing her a picture from their TikTok page, she refreshed my blow dry since my hair was still a bit damp, told me to wait for her sister so she could do the style I desired. I went to get my hair braided and 2 braiders were assigned to braid my hair, when I removed my hat they started laughing for about 30 minutes and talking in their language, after 45 mins of parting they finally begin to start with the lady trying like 3 times to start 1 braid.
