M & D Eyebrow Threading

I've moved out of OC for almost 4 years now and every time I come back I make it a point to stop by. The attention to detail, service and gentleness when threading the brows could not be beat. And I have thick eyebrows - which they take care of nicely here. I will be coming back for as long as I can!

There used to be a lady here who did a great job…worked at the first chair going in from the door; however, ever since she is there less or not at all sometimes and the one working at the third chair handles business, the place has been on a steady decline both in work quality and customer service. Haphazard customer order, bad communication and even raising her voice at customers because she is overwhelmed. I have been here since last year and both ladies have done decent job. Weekend seems to be little busy. Ask for lotion if you have sensitive skin. That seems to have helped me for skin irritation while doing the threading.
