I have dealt with MD Carpet cleaning on several occasions in last few years, all for rug cleaning. The team there did a great job on every rug I had cleaned. They are thorough and thoughtful about the process and identify possible issues that may arise. The folks I’ve interacted with there were always friendly.

I have MD clean my 7 x 9 living room rug! They always do a fantastic job and are so nice to work with! Highly recommend. They also repaired my rug when my dog chewed the edge off of it. It looks perfect. No one would know.
I've used MD Carpet Cleaners for many years. I dropped the rug off in October for cleaning and I forgot to pick it up. It was in storage so it wasn't a rug I was going to use right away. Anyway, the charge for cleaning was $85 dollars which was a substantial increase. I forgot to pick the rug up and was charged a storage fee of $50 additional dollars. Now the cost of the rug is more than my initial investment. Needless to say, I won't be picking up the rug or ever returning to MD. They could have given me a break on this....... read more
