I've used MD Carpet Cleaners for many years. I dropped the rug off in October for cleaning and I forgot to pick it up. It was in storage so it wasn't a rug I was going to use right away. Anyway, the charge for cleaning was $85 dollars which was a substantial increase. I forgot to pick the rug up and was charged a storage fee of $50 additional dollars. Now the cost of the rug is more than my initial investment. Needless to say, I won't be picking up the rug or ever returning to MD. They could have given me a break on this....... read more
I brought my small rug to md carpet to have some large stain removed and My carpet looks new. Thank you..
Carpet cleaning looked amazing! I was also able to get my tile done the same day and was more than impressed with the outcome of both jobs! Thank you again Mike! Will be using M.D. Carpet cleaning from here on out!
