Really liked the idea of supporting local small buisness here in Port. Unfortunately its like they don't want to be there or help you, rude and grumpy every purchase!
5 star, made a call about a sparkplug. Was the only place I could find what I needed in stock and they had it waiting on the counter for pickup
The service was so good I feel compelled to write my first Google review. I couple months ago went on an adventure to pick up a truck in Port Alberni, and needed to do some repairs before taking it away. M&D staff went beyond what could be expected to help me out and they had the small miscellaneous parts needed to repair usable parts, not just replace them.
