HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT USE! service from M&D has been utterly unacceptable. They take a long time to schedule with you, then when they do come out, they aren't prepared to even try and fix it; they do what I can only believe must be a less than adequate investigation of the problem; don't come back until a week later only to find out they still didn't have the right parts/tools/expertise to fix the problem; and some time several weeks later the appliance gets fixed after much inconvenience.
