Excellent experience with this company. Emailed Monday and service tech Emily came today and fixed our fridge leak. Friendly, on-time and professional. She also provided useful tips for future maintenance so leak doesn't happen again.
They came out to service my Beko fridge from Albert Lee, showed up on time, job done well, very professional. When I called them with questions about my dishwasher they were very helpful and generous with their time even though we ended up not needing the repair after all. I highly recommend.
Fantastic Service! Warranty repair on oven we bought from Albert Lee. Tyler the technician diagnosed the first time and came back a week later after the parts arrived, and oven works perfectly. Great communication between the office for scheduling, and Tyler showed up when he said he would. Highly recommend.
We had M&D appliance repair several of our appliances, and are always our first choice when something needs attention. We had Emily and Erik fix our dryer, oven, and evaluate refrigerator, that was not feasible to be fixed. They always had wonderful customer service.
