Had our windows done with warranty window broke in bathroom. I have been trying to get them to replace it since April now it's almost October and the office manager is literally ignoring me. We love the windows just not the office staff and she is very rude. When they lost Kayla they lost good office staff. If you could do no stars that's what I would give her.
