had a very disappointing experience at the Marriott Club Lounge. The staff working in the lounge especially those in the kitchen area, were extremely disruptive and unprofessional. We had an important business event taking place right behind the kitchen area and needed a quiet, focused environment. Unfortunately, the noise level made that impossible. Quaint lounge area with a note selection of bites.
As a Lifetime Platinum (same for Titanium/Ambassador) guest, I was really disappointed by the M Lounge breakfast at the Marriott San Jose downtown. For a property in such a great location, with newly refreshed and comfortable rooms, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, the M Lounge breakfast is minimal and does not reflect the standards I’ve come to expect from Marriott’s higher-tier properties. Small comfortable lounge. Only a few food choices but they are done well. The desserts are great.
