We hired M Cloud Home Services for exterior window cleaning, and I was very happy with the final result and the overall experience! Tom went above and beyond to provide the best service! Very efficient, friendly and professional! The windows were crystal clean, no streaks or water droplets - just perfectly clean glass! Definitely planning on calling this company again and will also be recommending them to my friends!

Tom has been assiting us with snow shoveling for the past two years. He has done a fabulous job and adapted to our changing needs. He is open to addressing any concerns and does try his best to address them. He is extremely personable. I would stronly recommend him to anyone.

We hired Tom to provide snow clearing at our property. He assured driveway would be cleared after snowfall and salted. In 3 months he never once salted. We were having a big party the weekend of February 15th and were assured by Tom the driveway would be cleared the night prior. We showed up at the house as we returned from being away for work and were unable to get into our driveway. Tom was professional, prompt and cordial. However the method he used to clean our windows was not effective for windows which had a screen. It left dirt and watermarks on them. The windows without screens were good.
