Just had to fire this lawyer, he took me on as a client and said he felt confident with the information I gave him that I could win my case and then took off on vacation for a week with no contact. He had promised me contact in an emergency and failed! When he came back from vacation he had no excuse. He filed for my hearing of child support instead of a custody hearing and told me the very information I gave him was not anything a judge would consider for a ruling in my favor. He should not be allowed to practice. I hired Parker as real estate lawyer in 2007. Two years later he used all the confidential information to use against me when he was hired by a client. He does not respect client-attorney confidentiality. He does not respect any law. Parker thinks that he is above the law. For money, he will lie, tamper evidences, modify deed, scream and threaten other party, represent falsified information to the judge including false, voided checks, perjured himself under the oath. Nice guy, I recommend him – Really nice guy, won my case too. Had his stuff together, knew what he was doing, kept me informed on what was up.
Experienced and knowledgeable attorney. – After checking out a few other attorneys in the area, most of whom despite professing my type of case as a specialty actually knew less than myself about the law applicable to my case, I stumbled upon Mr. Parker. Bad att – He charged me a small fortune and then dropped me because I didn't get a loan for my house from him. He ripped me off.......he didn't look after my best interest and he messed up my E D order and now my X isn't paying me any alimony. I went back to him with the problem expecting him to correct it.....he said he didn't want to mess with it and sent me up town to Family Law????? I am going to the Bar Ass.
SHOULD NOT BE ALOUD TO PRACTICE LAW!! – After giving ample amount of information, evidence and time on my case he came to my hearing completely un-prepaired! He litarerly tried to take notes 20 minutes before the hearing started and then didnt do anything we had asked of him to do and not to do. Completely handed the case over to the oposing side. After Firing him and hiring a new attorney which charged me less I won the same case!! IDIOT!!
