Terrible environment. The entire staff was rude with nasty attitudes. Very condescending.
Seriously perplexing phone call with the front desk staff when trying to book in as a new patient – answered just with a "hello??" so I firstly had to clarify that I'd even called the right office. Explained I'd just moved to the country and needed to find a new dentist so wanted to book in for a routine appointment, but the lady on the phone seemed frustrated to even be speaking with me and didn't seem to understand I was just wanting to become a new patient. No better professional in MA.
I had a wonderful experience today at Dr Talmo's office. Kathy the hygienist was very professional, thorough and painless. Dr Talmo is very caring, efficient and knowledgeable. She is a true professional.
We have been patients of Dr. Talmo’s for about 5 years. We feel very fortunate to have found her. Dr. Talmo and her staff have taken excellent care of my husband and myself. We recommend her office to all that want an excellent dentist that truly cares about her patients.
