Dr. Talmo is the best! Absolutely top-notch professionals. They solved a complex dental issue that no one else could — repairing hardware that had been placed overseas more than a decade ago with no records. The team was knowledgeable, confident, and genuinely caring. The office is set in a converted house, which makes it feel warm and cozy rather than cold/corporate. I've been a patient of Dr. Talmo's for 15 years, and I can't recommend her highly enough. After some truly disappointing experiences with other dentists, finding Dr. Talmo has been such a relief. I moved to Massachusetts ~4 years ago, and lived in the area. When looking for a dentist, I was excited to find one walking distance to me. Unfortunately, the front desk staff was very rude to me over the phone (cutting me off, not explaining the process, what she needed, etc. until I asked) and that put me off. It’s always best to provide clear and concise information to new prospective patients and that was not my experience. Dr. Talmo is no doubt the best dentist around! She takes care of all of her patients as if they are family. She is professional, gentle, and always makes sure you feel comfortable during every visit. I highly recommend Dr. Talmo to anyone looking for an outstanding dentist!
Terrible environment. The entire staff was rude with nasty attitudes. Very condescending.
