I recently had my car's (Mercedes) roadworthy completed by M Carter Automotive. I was highly impressed with Max's (The Director) professionalism and welcoming behaviour. Even though it was my first time there , he still treated me in a very friendly way and took his time to explain me all the condition and works required on my car and made me feel stress-free. My car needed engineering certification following an engine swap, and I was referred to Max through the company that performed the swap. The entire process was absolutely fantastic Max provided helpful ideas and also identified a few items that needed fixing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that really took the stress out of the process.
Max and the boys did a great job of getting my car back on the road quick. Quickly located the issue and explained what was necessary to fix it, explained my options and kept me up to date with the repair.
I went to M Carter to get my AC fixed, amongst initial review they thought I needed a regas but wasn’t the case. They kept my car overnight to look into what the issue was and I was more than happy to comply. I left with my AC fully functioning and couldn’t be more relieved with the outcome. Would highly recommend their services!
I recently took my just purchased car to M.Carter Automotive for a Roadworthy certificate as requirement for transfer. I was very impressed with the service. Max & the entire team were incredibly friendly & made me feel completely comfortable.
