I recently took my just purchased car to M.Carter Automotive for a Roadworthy certificate as requirement for transfer. I was very impressed with the service. Max & the entire team were incredibly friendly & made me feel completely comfortable. Max has always looked after my cars. From standard services to difficult engine problems he has always delivered exceptional and reasonably priced service. Most recently he helped prepare my car for a trip around Australia and it made the trip with ease despite not being designed for the trip! After doing over 50,000kms we came back for a service and it’s still going strong, all thanks to him and his team!
Max is a dedicated and skilful mechanic who is both honest and reliable. I’ve been looking for a mechanic for a long time that I can trust and without reservation I would recommend Max who exhibits all of these qualities. Thank you so much Max for a genuinely delightful experience and for fixing my car - it’s never felt so good to drive after it left your workshop.
I went to the premises seeking analysis of the problem and left the car. It’s a German car and dealer parts are ridiculously expensive. Max knew of people who repair rather that just replace and less than a quarter of the new part cost. He gave me an estimate and that was the ultimate charge. Polite, prompt and good work Very happy
Max from the start has been super helpful & professional. I'd strongly reccomend him & his team. Max has assisted me with getting my Barra patrol conversion engineeted/certified & road worthy without breaking the bank.
