World-Class Hospital If you have are sick, and have to be admitted somewhere, this is the place to go. Professional and caring staff, great meal selections, and quick response to call buttons. The nurses are sweet and caring, and go above and beyond. I can only speak for the labor and delivery floor, but I'm sure they are all the same.
Wonderful hospital This hospital is a very great place to go to! Once you make an appointment, it is very easy to find where you need to be. You don't have to wait long, and it is in an easy, accessible location. When my brother came here to get an x-ray done, we didn't have to wait long, and we were out of the hospital with in the hour.
No way again (Labor and Delivery)!! I gave birth to my first baby there and it was an experience from hell. I really envy those other ladies who wrote good reviews for the labor room. There were no lactation specialist available for the 2 days I was there though they claimed previously that there is always one. Once the baby is born, you are on your own and it can be difficult for a first time mom. A Nigerian(?) nurse who cleaned and weighed baby came to my bedside and scholded me and rolled her eye several times while teach... read more
Too busy I used to see Dr Visus but while suffering a bout of kidney stones one day (I have a documented history of them), I called to make an appt or at least get some meds to endure them and they could not see more for 2 days b/c of bookings. That is not acceptable. I ended up having to go to the hospital that evening.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I could not believe how bad the whole experience was. I made the appointment online. Then as instructed faxed the order and insurance information to the fax number given to me. I called to make sure the fax was received. I was told everything was received and in order. I called back 2 additional times last week to verify that there was nothing else needed. I got a call the day before the mri from the hospital to verify the appointment. At that time I was told again that everything was in order and they... read more

I am sorry I chose WillowBrook You will be too! the Hospital has had every staff member call me to arrange a place to move the patient. when the patient is STILL NOT STABLE!!!! and still no diagnosis she is no better than when she entered!!.....There has been little empathy zero courtesy for myself nor for the ill family member WMH Lacks compassion .
