Excellent service from the guys working on the floor, but absolutely terrible attitude from the lady working upstairs in the office. She started yelling at us because she thought we didn't call to notify them in advance before we came in (which we definitely did). She went on a rampage and was yelling at the warehouse staff as well to see who let us in.
