My Tacoma's tailgate latch got stuck on a camping trip leaving all the food stuck inside. I stopped to ask for help and their head mechanic took a look. Even though they were super busy, he worked on it until he got it open, showed me what went wrong and how to fix it, and did not accept any money for his time. Saved the day! Thanks again!
