Great job! I contacted fifteen (15) different construction and handyman companies. I sent a detailed task list to request a site visit and an estimate. Only five (5) companies used the task list to participate in a site visit. Only four (4) companies provided an estimate. Only M & C Global Construction company visited my home as a team of two, one of which was a plumber. I have a sunroom extension that was put on over 20 years ago. One of the support beams was starting to rot. I had a tough time finding anyone that would even touch it. Marcus didn't even hesitate. He had a structural engineer come out because he had some additional concerns about the overall stability. They ended up adding a layer of posts (so now the addition is basically free standing vs hanging off of the house) and shoring up some stuff inside so that the weight of the roof was better supported. I cannot recommend M&C Global Construction. I hired them to investigate a water infiltration issue and paid approximately $2,600 for an “Investigation & Inspection” that included removing siding and locating the source of the leak. During the process, I became increasingly uncomfortable with the number of costly additional repairs being recommended. Marcus was very professional as he help me through AC issues and Water Damage repair. Josh his AC guy was very knowledgeable and didn't try to up sale me parts that I didn't need. I would recommend to anyone seeking General Contracting.
